Billing & Cancellation

These billing terms apply to paid memberships for CARHE Plans. Current prices, billing interval, trial availability, and included access are displayed before checkout.

Payments and renewal

Payments are processed by Stripe. A paid membership renews at the displayed interval unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. Your carrier may charge for data usage independently.

Trial and cancellation

If a free trial is offered, its end date is displayed in your account. You can manage or cancel an active membership through the billing portal in your profile. After cancellation, access remains available until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout; you will not be charged for a new period.

Refunds and account deletion

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments for completed billing periods are non-refundable. Deleting an account does not by itself cancel a payment obligation; complete any required cancellation in the billing portal first. See our Privacy Policy for account deletion.
