These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of CARHE, a service of Kaysel Network Group LLC (“CARHE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using CARHE, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Authorized use

CARHE Plans lets individuals, families and professionals search and compare an administrator-managed Medicare plan catalog. You do not need to be a broker to create an account. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal or professional purposes, subject to the available trial or membership. Your account is personal to you; do not share credentials or allow another person to use your account.

Use responsibly

Do not enter beneficiary names, Medicare numbers, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, medical records, or other personally identifiable health information into the plan comparison tools. The public help form separately collects only your own name, phone number, ZIP code and contact permission, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Do not copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or its data.

Plan information

CARHE is an independent decision-support tool. It is not Medicare, CMS, an insurer, an enrollment platform, or a determination of eligibility, coverage, enrollment, or final cost. See our Medicare Notice.

Changes and account access

We may update the service or these Terms, and may suspend access to protect CARHE, its users, or third parties. We will post the effective date when these Terms change. If you do not agree to an updated version, stop using CARHE and cancel your account.

Ownership and liability

CARHE, its software, design, and original content are owned by Kaysel Network Group LLC or its licensors. Carrier names, marks, and official documents belong to their respective owners. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CARHE is provided “as is” and “as available”; verify all material plan information through official sources before relying on it.
